Synopsis:
Workplace Safety and Health Act is a legislation in all countries to protect the rights of the workforce. This is a vehicle to prevent any Safety and Health hazards and the consequences in failing to prevent such harm. It outlines the key features that underscores the various issues and the consequences thereof in damage claims and so forth for not taking assessable preventive measures.
This program helps to harmonise the various elements and to assure commonality in WSH Act provisions for the greater good. Even further, setting targets for example 1.0 per 100,000 workers by certain time frame and to aspire to achieve in line with the safest countries in the world. The institution of as an example “WSH 2028” vision which sets out a 10-year WSH strategy for WSH in workplaces to be aligned and to be in congruence to a aspiration vision.
